Antonio DiLillo

Founder and CEO

Antonio Di Lillo founded Dinasa Construction Inc. in 1981, building it into one of Montreal's established names in general contracting. Over more than four decades, Antonio has led the company through industrial, commercial, institutional, and multi-unit residential projects across the Greater Montreal region, overseeing a portfolio of completed work valued at over $100 million.

Under his leadership, Dinasa Construction earned a reputation for reliability, quality, and hands-on project management.

Today, Antonio continues to bring that same experience and commitment to quality to GDL360, extending Dinasa's decades of construction expertise to a new generation of clients across Montreal, Laval, and the South Shore.

Maurice Gabay

CoFounder

Maurice Gabay is a construction professional with more than 40 years of experience leading residential, commercial, and industrial projects internationally and across Quebec, from small renovations to complex multi-million-dollar developments. His expertise spans general contracting, project management, budgeting, tenant improvements, retail construction, and facility maintenance, with a reputation built on integrity, quality, and strong client relationships.

As co-founder of GDL360, Maurice's vision is simple: be a trusted, full-service construction partner — handling everything from everyday repairs to complete renovations and new construction — with honest communication and projects delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
